Duties & Responsibilities-
Executed site activities as per the approved drawings, method statement and specification.
Supervised construction work of bulding, irrigation and public health engineering and highway structures such as Bridges, Pipe Culvert, Box culvert, different water supply schemes and drainage schemes.
Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure the timely and as per project requirements completion of their works.Supervised every activity related with RCC structures and finishing work.
Coordinated effectively with the consultant for construction works and inspections.
Ensured the effective use of the construction equipment and machinery deployed at the project site.
Coordination with third party Lab for testing and sampling at site.
Prepared daily/ weekly and monthly progress reports.
Ensured the projects meet as per specifications, budgets, and timescales.Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the labor and site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
